REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Safes are high-value, custom-installed products. Returns work differently from typical e-commerce categories. We’ve structured this policy to be fair to both you and us.
Before Installation — Free Return
If you change your mind before installation is completed, you may cancel your order for a full refund minus actual delivery costs incurred (typically ₹0 within Vizag, ₹500-2000 outside Vizag).

After Installation — Returns Limited
Once a safe is delivered, bolted, and operational at your location, returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference
- Found a different model elsewhere
This is consistent with industry standard for installed products.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/video showing the issue
- We coordinate directly with Godrej for replacement or repair under manufacturer warranty
- Replacement is free of charge, including re-delivery and re-installation
Wrong Product Delivered
If we deliver the wrong product:
- Notify us within 24 hours
- We collect the wrong product and deliver the correct one at no charge
- Full refund offered if you prefer cancellation
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method:
- UPI: 2-3 working days
- Credit/Debit card: 5-7 working days
- Bank transfer: 7-10 working days
- Cash payment: In-store cash refund or bank transfer
